Return & Exchange
If you would like to return or swap out an item, please send us an email with the subject lines "Return" or "Exchange".
Since all product sizes and measurements are provided on our website, we suggest that all customers double check before purchasing. If you have further questions regarding sizing or fit, email us. We cannot replace a purchased item with another size.
Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item, so long as we receive the item back in same condition as it was sent. For all returns and exchanges, we charge a standard 20 USD admin fee. The cost of postage cannot be refunded. We also advise you send the recorded delivery of your item, as we cannot guarantee receipt. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, note that unless the product is defective or damaged, we only replace items at our discretion.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. If there are no problems, your refund or exchanged item will be processed and automatically applied to original method of payment within 7 days.
